  I have never seen such lack of concern for patients! From beginning to end, my experience with this place was terrible. It took me nearly a month to secure my first appointment. When it finally got scheduled, the nurse practitioner I was supposed to see cancelled it. I rescheduled and she bumped me again. A day later I was in the emergency room with an infection, which could have been avoided if Internal Medicine had simply honored its schedule. I missed work, and I had to argue with an administrator before I could schedule a follow up for the emergency room visit. They have bungled two out of three prescriptions, so my pharmacy has had to contact them multiple times in order to get medications straight. I've missed doses for both medications, because Samaritan does not return the pharmacist's calls. I'm done with this place! Avoid it if at all possible.
