  I started at Crossfit Corvallis in October 2012. I wanted to develop check out Crossfit, work out with others to help keep me motivated and accountable, learn how to Crossfit correctly to keep from getting hurt. Coach Rob has delivered all that and more!
  
  I started at two times a week and felt I could barely make it happen I was so tired and sore. As soon as I was physically able I moved up to three then four and more times per week. After the new year I added in Olympic Weight training evenings at the box too.
  
  I have developed so much more strength and stamina than I ever thought possible for me. The training, encouragement and friendships are all top notch. We are more than a box we are a Crossfit family! We have the best damn potlucks and game nights and time together in and out of the box. Give Crossfit Corvallis a try. You'll love it. We'll be happy to have you join us!
