  DON'T PHOTOPRINT HERE.
  Day 1: Went to print passport photos and waited 30 minutes and told "come back with USB".
  Day 2: Went back with USB and told "We don't do that kind of service here, go to Rite Aid."
  
  This explains everything. Make phone calls before you go there, because you'll waste your time going there.
